Default Hoppy Ketchup

Anybody added hops to ketchup or bbq sauce?

I finally got around to trying it, but all I had was perle. So I brought it to a boil, french pressed it and added it to ketchup before thickening it up on the stove. It's delicious, but I could've picked a better hop.

I bet a bbq sauce would be great. Been wanting to try my hand at those IPA pickles lately.

I thought of BBQ sauce already. But that and mustard are both very good ideas.
