I am entering a local homebrew contest in which you must bring your beer in growlers. I only bottle my beer and do not have a tap and co2 set up. If i pour my bottles out into the growlers im afraid my beer will become flat and no head will remain for judging. Any suggestions?
Talk to the folks organizing the competition, as this seems like a weird rule. That said, a guy in my club has only ever bottled, yet he often brings growlers of his beer to meetings. I've been wondering how he does it...
