Does anyone know the name of the guy from this site whose avatar is a picture of a guys head looking through a refractometer and wearing a beanie? He is a vendor and I want to check out his online store again.

Before I owned a refractometer, I pondered the significance of pointing the butt end of a sharp knife into your eye. It makes much more sense as a refracto!
