They're ok. A decent smoke, but nothing memorable.

They are rated pretty high and have solid reviews. At under a $1.50 a stick there wasn't much to lose

I think I've found a new favorite. Smoking a JdN Antano dark corojo dobl fuerte and loving it. Not as strong as I thought it would be but definitely not disappointed. Creamy, slightly chewy, with notes of cedar, coffee and leather. Maybe just a touch of cinnamon. Turning out to be just what I needed. Update. Just passed the half way point and starting to get some dark coco and saltines.

Those are really good. Have you had the JDN 1970 Antaño?

No, I haven't found one yet. If its anything like the one I just finished it will definitely be added to my list.

To me the 1970 is more chocolatey, creamy, stronger, and has a little less assertive black pepper note. Did I mention they're about $6 a stick while easily smoking better than many $10+ cigars? Honestly they are one of my go to cigars and price just makes them even better.

This afternoon, I'm doing some work from home while brewing a 12 gallon batch of IPA. It's a new recipe I put together because my LHBS was out of cascade hops due to a dog taking a dump in the 8 lbs of leaf hops they had on hand (Came from the MFG that way). I was able to get 4 oz of Citra hops so I put together a nice little 89 IBU IPA!

Here is a screenshot of my Brewery HMI:

While I'm brewing I'm enjoying an AB Tempus Magistrate Maduro I picked up 3 years ago. It's so smooth now!

That does sound good. I have managed to find the Tat TAA 2012. I plan on picking up a stick later on this week. I've noticed that quite a few people are buying on line and was wondering how the shops tend to deal with summer time temps when shipping? I figure they must ship in a humi pouch which would compensate for a dry climate but the mailbox or warehouse temp can really ramp up quick in Arizona they just may show up cooked. One of the biggest reasons I still shop at a B&M even though the prices can get a little high.
