Any hints on where to look for ads or getting hooked up at a local brewery?

I'm 23 and about to graduate from college, my wife has a job and we have no kids, so I'd really like to get a job being around what I enjoy (even if it's just being a grunt).

So what should I do?
 
Probrewer.com has a classified section on their board...but I'd suggest just going to your local breweries and talking with them in person.
 
I got my job by starting as a tasting room person on Saturdays. I got that by stopping by and asking if they were hiring. There's tons of small breweries and brewpubs in Philly, you should be able to find an entry-level job at a brewpub at least to get your foot in the door, and then work hard and go from there.
