Default fuel alcohol producer permit

My buddies and me are considering applying for one. me to power my moped and possible converting our cars to burn E85. Has anyone applied for one? i downloaded the form it seems easy and straight forward.

you should just convert them to run on anything from E1 to E100. Then, you can still fill up at any gas station, or use your high proof fuel when you have enough of it.
