Seal up some beer and it will turn into pure foam if it doesn't explode your keg.

I would be shocked if 1 5 gallon fermentation didn't produce enough CO2 to carb and serv 2-3 kegs. so, worth it? You bet.

the trick is pressurizing the co2.........

Like we didn't see THAT one coming from a mile away.

I was referring to doing something along these lines: http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f13/closed-system-pressurized-fermentation-technique-44344/

I might give a version of that a shot in another batch or four.

Well, you had already single-handedly de-railed this otherwise serious thread, and an INGENIOUS idea like that deserves some real discussion.
