Default fishing for ideas for the next SEWAGE meeting

The title says it all, anyone have any ideas in or near the Milwaukee / South East Wisconsin area?

I was thinking about maybe hitting New Glarus for a tour

Not a bad idea, just wondering about how many folks would want to drive that far. Maybe try to get a tour of some of the smaller brewpubs locally like Stonefly, Water Street and Milwaukee Ale House as a single day local trip??

On a side note, there is a group of area brewers going camping the first weekend of June. Details can be found here.

How about a lakefront Brewery tour? Or a Sprecher? Or a Miller? Or a Point? Oh wait that last one was far away sorry comma but Lorena would make it then.

I wonder if a brewer at a local brewpub would be willing to give a private "tour" of their brewing setup to a small group?
