I picked up a Plainfield M1 carbine. There was plenty of AR's, but the prices were insane. One guy was looking for $2500 for a fairly basic bushmaster. I didn't even bother looking at ammo because I kept hearing people talk about how expensive it was.

Over all it was a good experience. My cousin and I are planning to check out another one soon, maybe sometime in February.

Might as well try here...

I'm trying to find out how much my Miroku 500 side-by-side 12 gauge is worth. I've been searching the net like crazy and can't seem to come up with a value. Does anyone have any information on these shotguns? Apparently they are great quality. If it is worth a lot more than I paid for it, I'd consider selling it to make more (and cash) for something else I'm looking for.

Miroku is the Japanese manufacturer who made the Browning shotguns. If you look up the cost of the Browning in the same style and era, you are going to be pretty close. The price is going to vary depending on Model and condition. You may be looking at $900 to $2500 depending on those 2 factors.

(IMO the Miroku is a better shotgun than the current Brownings)

Been hunting all my life (at least for the past 20 years)

I used to target shoot a lot as well but frankly with the current government and situation in this country I'm simply stock piling ammo and keeping my guns clean!

My Browning Citori 725 is Miroku made. I just purchased it new in September, and this thing is an awesome gun. As far as a value on Airborne's gun, I found an overunder on gunbroker for $876, here's the link,http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/Vie...Item=327667971

My 1911 addiction is growing. Just added a Sig 1911 in .22lr to the family. Here it is next to its big Sig brother in .45ACP

Mine is a SxS which seems to be more rare. All I know for sure is that it was produced between 1968-1971. I might bring it to the next gun show I attend to see if I can get an appraisal. If I can sell it for a good profit, I will.

I just heard something I thought was odd. Is it true that its illegal to buy/sell a slingshot in New York?

Does it accept a 10 round magazine?

You can fire multiple rounds in one shot, so I would say probably.

Maybe in the city. I don't recall any regulation or law specifically against carrying a slingshot. I'd imagine one would have to use it nefariously for it to become illegal.
