I am redeveloping a mill for lofts restaurant pub and retail stores and artist lofts. I would like to make it a brew pub as well as have local wines, ciders, meade and such. I have been looking but cant seem to find any place inparticular to find people for this.
I am in NH and can either hire or possibly partner with person. Any help finding workers would be greatly appreciated. I need to know what i need to set this up at this stage to buy equipment and such.
