Default Feasible to start commercial brewery

I hate my job, but make pretty decent money (a little over 100k)
I have a friend that has been homebrewing for about 5 years and is getting me into it. I love it! I also love drinking beer and visiting local microbreweries in my area.
My question is how feasible would it be for me and my friend, who has much more experience than me, to start a legitimate brewing company. My expenses are very low and my fulltime job would be able to help cover expenses as we (potentially) expand.
I have 20k cash on hand as well.
Just a thought at this point, but would definitely appreciate any feedback from experienced brewers!

Just like any business.....it's a risk, requires tons of work, tons of experience, and tons of money.

Its like asking, My friend is a great cook...how feasible is it to start a restaurant? It doesn't even scratch the surface of what's involved...

Put a business plan together and see a banker.

Do an LLC corp.

Differentiate yourself from whomever else is in town.

i would also recommend listening to a few select podcasts from the brewing network that deal with opening a brewery. very eye opening.
