We noticed some odd stuff in our error logs coming from their IP, borderline hacking attempts. Contacted them several times but nothing, not sure if it's a legit company but they offer stuff for sale.

We did but it looks like they sell reports at super high rates. No clue if it's legit or just a spam site but if that data is derived from spidering our website using malicious means that's an issue.

Definitely block them. If I try to contact someone and they don't respond, I block them. Are they just port scanning you?

I did something similar today. Found someone in china trying to use various ports. Blacklisted the whole ip block.
