I've not run off guys,

Still drinking and brewing soon.
I've had to concentrate on domestic stuff after all that travelling over the last year or so. I hope to start a new job next week.

I hope it works out.

An activities instructor at the local Safari park. 4x4 off road, quad bike, hovercraft and the like. Even get to go in helicopters.

The company I'm with aren't happy with my level of commitment.

I'm hitting targets and my customers are happy but they want MORE.
I don't want to give more.

Like lots of companies they are greedy and not happy unless they rule your life.

I rule my life, not work.

Good for you orfy, and good luck with the new job.

Certain individuals in my co. have made comments about the lack of extra time I do to "help out". My answer, "I don't get paid for it, so I'm not doing it because my free time ain't free"!

I'm all for the "work to live, don't live to work" principle!
