I really like the look of their sport bikes. I almost bought one, but the super short wheelbase made it feel really small. Im 6'4 so they probably are too small for me. The Ulysses was always one I kept in the back of my mind as my next bike as well. Guess ill have to get a 1200GS now.

WOW!!! They did so well this year in AMA, seemed like the future should have been bright for them. Sad to see...

they did a great job showing that the little guy can do well in the sportbike ranks. I know Harley will just sell off all the patents that Erik Buell had on the bikes. Hell I just may go buy a 1125r bet there will be some great deals out there on them .

They won the AMA Daytona sportbike series this year for the first time

Harley will regret their decision. He was the only one doing anything innovative.

they might . After all how many years can you keep something alive that really had no market share. Erik has been making them 26 years and still people don't know the brand.

Ya Harley may end up going the same way. Just so many of us old farts left. Hopefully they will do something with the V-rod. if they made touring bike along the lines of a Road glide I would be very interested in it.

MMMM wonder if that why Harley dropped the road glide

Looks like they are getting rid of their share of MV agusta as well. The drop in profits this past quarter has really scared them.
