Yah, it ain't orfy-grade food porn, but my business partner set a care package of New York Deli Style Hot Italian sausages. Fired up the smoker (Bertha) with some mesquite and tossed on some burgers, then chicken for good measure. So, I now have four large bags in the freezer, two of sausage, one of burgers and one of chicken.
