Just curious if anyone uses their homebrew in their cooking recipes? I used the my last bottle of christmas porter the other day to marinate some steaks. They were unbelievable

all the time! I use them to deglaze a skillet after frying some tasty meat in it. Add some chicken broth and flour or arrowroot to thicken and you've got a great gravy.

I boil Brats in mine. Put in some onions and grill'em.
Then let them soak in in the beer again. Yum

If you really want to blow your socks off, soak them in homebrew 24-48 hours before par boiling and grilling them. Now that is heaven.

I use homebrew in tons of stuff, Mix in a little when making hamburgers, I use 2 bottles when I make chili, Add it to beef stew made in a slow cooker. mmmmmmm good stuff!
