Was at the local beer distributor today. The owner mentioned he had a keg of Becks Octoberfest he was looking to get rid of. $79 later it was in my car. It's hooked to my tap now.
It's up.....it's straight.....it's got the distance.....and it's good.
Tried some at the restaurant the other day. Could not believe it. It tasted..... good. So much better than that other crap in the green bottle!
Beck's Octoberfest is one of my favorite fall beers....even outta the green bottle. Most places around here can't keep the stuff in stock for more than a couple of weeks.... I think I bought the last sixer the local store had the week before Halloween. Great snag on the keg...especially at that price.... I'm jealous...
