If you are in the state of Washington, and care about the availability of good craft beer, then pay attention to
House Bill 1462. Washington state law currently only allows 1/6th barrel kegs at specialty beer stores. As you know, many good craft beers are only availabe in pony or 1/2 barrel kegs. "Bill 1462 proposes a change to the law to allow beer stores to offer these larger kegs to you. Please show your support for this bill. If it passes, it is a win-win for the brewery, your local beer store, and you--the beer lover." (quote from an email I received today from 99 Bottles beer store in Federal Way.
