Anyone seen this? Filling beer from the bottom?

What the hell? That is crazy. Surely it is a sign of the end times. Must stop based on predetermined amount.

I guess when you are moving that much beer it's probably a damn fine set up.

I feel sorry for the tender. Look at that poor guy go.

That's wild. Those cups must be pretty expensive and the server is touching the rim of the cup which is pretty much against good sanitation practices in the industry.

I could easily see this at sporting events or like you said, anywhere you need to move that much beer.

Now if that was a nice craft beer I might of moved this to 18+ for porn reasons.

I wonder if you could do pint glasses with that contraption on the bottom instead of plastic?

One more. So what happens to the round thing on the bottom of the cup? It looks like it is just free floating. Huh.

I agree about the whole I would burn this thing upon the pyre, if it was craft. But thankfully it is just BMC swill.:cross:

Inventing a draft beer dispensing system that looks cool to sell more beer, and requires purchase of patented cups that you sell. That is good business.

simply amazing, and when its done and she removes the glass and sets it down there is beer left on the countertop.

Yup, thats what the yellow fizzy beer companies do. This is just like the vortex botttle lol :D

Its fast and there is no waste from excessive head getting poured off...maybe not a big deal for a kegerator, but I can see how that would save a lot of money.

Just as cool as the Japanese beer dispensing machines in the airports throughout Japan. Theirs is a tilt and pour.

We saw that contraption at the AB-Inbev convention back in October in New Orleans. It actually worked good but the cost of the equipment and the cups would turn off a lot of retailers. They had several units around the convention center and they always drew a crowd.

Hmmmm, that's the first thing I was looking for. Looked a second time even with my glasses on I don't really see any beer on the counter top. Would definitely be more than that if she was pouring them that fast with the standard tap.......

Edit- unless you meant to say ....there is NO beer left on the countertop... :tank:

That little disc on the bottom is held down by a magnet when it's taken off the filler. The guy who invented it gives the dispenser away for free and charges for the cups. There was some nice info about this thing on Reddit, but I don't feel like looking for the post right now.

Sign me up. Can I buy just a single cup?

That's pretty sweet, but once again just another gimmick by the big three!

Well that's a pretty ignorant statement. This was made by an independent manufacturer with no affiliation to an American Light Lager producing company. If this was at a beer fest filling cups with craft beer would you still think so?

Not to ruin your fun, but there has been about 5 threads on this so far.

Still cool though.

That is extremely cool. I wonder how much the glasses cost.. it's gotta be a bit more pricey that typical plastic glasses, and I'd think they would have the potential to leak.

Either way...very cool system.

It looks like the beer is held in place by a magnet. If someone drops a peanut into your cup holder at the game will it dislodge the magnet and dump your beer when you put your cup down?
