New to this thread
Have not yet read
A single reply
And so you ask, why?
Because I do not have the patience
To skim through ninety-nine pages of nonsense
Full of witty replies
Unable to surmise
One collective thought
From the riddles we wrought
An endless rant stripped of any plot
With all sense of logic tied in a knot
Now six months to the day has passed by
The life of this topic drained dry
So I hope you enjoyed my first & last reply
Good Day, Good Evening, Goodbye
_______________________________
Actually, that was mostly a lie
My sense of humor is really quite wry
I'm less of a cheery riddler & more of crabby rhymer
So if I offended you, old-timer
Then I apologize for the wisecracks
Expect a few comebacks
Maybe eighty
...If I'm not too lazy

To Bobbrews, I guess then, goodnight?

Did my rhyme go over your head?
Was it something I said?
Please re-read before you quote me a lullaby
Perhaps then my rhyme will be justified

now I see the mistake was mine

Maybe a good meal,
If the wife knew she was eating either, she'd squeal.

I'd ask for a recipe
but hunting seal or donkey in my parts
would be a catastrophe.
