Well to help you get over your fear. Here is another one ya can fret with over a beer.

A while back me and two friends went down to New Orleans. Marti gras time!

We checked into a hotel there were three of us. The attendant said it would be 30 bucks.

A pretty good price to lay our heads down. In beteen partying in the town we had found.

When I got to the room it was a mess. I said thirty dollars for all this stress?

I called the front desk and complained about it. The man said he was sorry
and would give back a bit.

He said we would be given money back and quickly gave the bellman 5 dollars to return.

The room bill was thirty we each paid ten
And the bellman had five to give us a stipend
But how do you split 5 bucks, amongst three angry bucks?

So the bellman gave us each a dollar
and kept two, which is a bit smaller.

So 30 dollars out we paid
Got a dollar back, each to his own name.
The bellman kept two and that's ok cool

But doing the math
we spent 9 dollars each which is 27.
the bellman kept 2 for his little heaven.

$27 +$2 makes $29
Doesnt make sense, put my mind in overdrive.

So where did the rest of those 100 pennies go?
Answer this quickly, you're a pretty good bro.

The manager didn't give you back five from your thirty. Just a five beyond that. Had he taken the five out of you bill, you would be left with $25, plus $3 given back and $2 to the bellman. $25 + $2 +$3 = $30.

It was like a gift of a dollar each to you three instead of a refund.

Why thank you, sir. Incidentally, I just began a new job as a bellman at a resort in my area this weekend.

Okay, here is the last one for the night... I think.

What has no beginning, middle or end?
