Another use for Raspberry or Blackberry seeds/pulp

Not wanting to toss the left over seeds and pulp from raspberry and blackberry's I put them in quart jars and add vodka. 2 months later, strain and mix as desired.
What fruit/infusion have you done? Always looking for new ideas. These turn out really good, I mix with a dash of water/apply juice concentrate.
