Default Buying grains in bulk in Central Valley?8

Is there any stores in the Central Valley that sells grains at a decent price? My locals store is too expensive and morebeer is too far and out of the way for me

My LHBS (brewmeister) in the Sacramento area sells 503 sacks for about 43 dollars. Where are you?
