When I saw a whole sack order of melanoidin malt and so on, I only could think that you weren't using that yourself. It would go stale and lose a lot of it's flavor by the time one brewer used 55#'s
You brew as a group I see.
I must have been over amping on meds after brewing yesterday.
I thought that once you posted an interest in the smoke malt after I had posted, we would wait to see what type of splits the OP wanted to do.
Then you posted again pushing for a 50/50 split on the smok malt, I kind of lost it.
You guys can take it. I'll get some at another time. I have plenty of other brews planed without a smoked marzen/octoberfest style brew.
