When depends on how quickly we can get the order filled to an amount that we're happy with, or at least somewhat happy. As far as where, I asked Neill at Defiant in Pearl River, NY. He said that we could use his place however there were some issues from the last buy we had delivered there. If we use Defiant, you all need to remember that neither Neill, Defiant nor any of its employees have anything to do with this buy other than getting it off the truck and storing it until we pick it up. Everyone needs to keep our pallet neat and you will need to remember you might need to dig a little to find a sack. If there is a problem or missing sack, don't bother the Defiant employees and do not take Defiant's malt as a replacement. Defiant made a special order of an entire shipping container from Belgium and they wouldn't have taken a sack from our order and they very well might not know what a specific sack looks like. And again, the employees do not know who ordered what, who picked up what, etc. And when you are there to pick up your order, be nice to the staff, bring some homebrew, order a beer, show some appreciation in some way. Of course most of the guys from the last order were great, however as they say it only takes one bad apple to ruin it for the rest of us and make others peoples day go south.
I'm also waiting to hear from JoMarky about using his account. Anyone else still have an account that is valid. Mine was last used about 5 years ago and I'm certain NCM deleted it.
