BUY IS CLOSED

Unfortunately NCM is only open Monday-Friday so I can't get this figured out until Monday morning.

Rommel is going to put the spreadsheet in the first post, and that will have the prices on the invoice, but hopefully there was an error somewhere and those totals will be changing Monday.

Right now, delivery is scheduled for Wednesday, May 25th to Defiant Brewing Co. in Pearl River, NY.

There is a chance we can keep this on schedule if everyone is able to keep an eye on the thread Monday and paypal me as soon as possible after I post the update.

I will post paypal information Monday with the update and the correct totals.

Post with any questions or if I left something out.

May I ask how many sacks fit on a pallet? Would you like me to keep track of everyone's orders? I started an excel worksheet that I can update with the details for everyone's order.

Koi, I should have said something earlier to save you the trouble, I already have an excel sheet with all the formulas plugged in from our last couple of group buys that we can use for this one. Once everyone finalizes their order Rommel will post it in the first post so everyone can see their order and payment information.

Correct, we're using NCM, We're just gathering a list at the moment and we'll see how full of a pallet we can get. Plus we still need to confirm point of delivery.
JoMarky - I'll probably be able to get my specific order in Sunday.

I've been using the South Jersey buy, but if this takes on a frequency of once-a-month or so (even every other month), I can guarantee at least 10 bags for each pallet. I know it has been a problem filling pallets and getting a set delivery location, but I would prefer to work with you guys because of the general area. I followed the conversation in the previous thread for awhile before putting in my most recent order with the South Jersey buy - 14 bags.

If you would like, PM me and maybe we can work out some details to make this more frequent. I have connections with 2 homebrew clubs in NYC that are always looking for bulk grain.
