Default Small Brisket Cook Time?

I have a 4.75 brisket flat marinading for tomorrow. From your experience, how long will it take to reach 190 degrees F in the smoker at 225 - 250?

I would cook it about 3 hours, check temp , if its close to 165, wrap on foil and cook another hour or so till you get to 190. Let stand for about 30 min and then slice and eat till its all gone.

I just cooked a five pounder the other week. Took about 4 hours.

1.5 hours per lbs. or so. How did it come out?
