Yes the last pic is the seasoning fire burning off the oil but the only pic of the whole in whole

You wont get that beautiful golden color on a hog with fire like that.. NO GREASE FIRES!!

smoked wings are the best... i smoke the drum and wing all together. MAN i have to smoke something now.
