Default New smoker

My old smoker is about dead and I found this on sale at sears for $150 so I figured I would give it a try. I haven’t used a gas smoker in over 15 years but I must say it did a really good job on my ribs. Need to dial it in and get more smoke out of it but the temperature holds really well for only $150. Next up is a pork shoulder and chicken.

Hi

Not quite as crazy when the rain storm comes in as an electric. I haven't had that happen with mine for at least three days ....
