Default Multi-Tasking While Brewing

Smoked a rack while brewing tonight. Both finished up right as the rain came in

Also got to ponder the similarities between brewing and smoking -- have to watch those times and temps!

Brined the rack for 3 hours, smoked for 1.5 -- not exactly low and slow like normal but it'll do for a spur of the moment thing.

That is a nice treat at the end of a brew day. I also think brewing and cooking cross over. Keep up the good work, and send me some ribs!!!
