Default Love my Bradley

I have owned two Bradley's for almost 10 years.

They are great. I want to add the cold smoke attachment next and smoke fish, cheeses, etc..

On Deck: Honey Mead, Gluten Free Ale,


Rest In Peace: London Stout, Liberty Cream Ale, Saison, Blonde Ale, Red Rye IPA, Pilsner,Hank's Hefeweizen, Black Dog Ale, Belgian Trippel

I just add a big bowl of ice under whatever I am smoking to keep the temp down. Works great.
