Hi

We did chicken in the egg over the weekend. Toss some veggies and potatoes in there with it. Zucchini with cheese on it, smoked potato salad ... lots of possibilities.

I was looking at these a few weeks back. Pretty nice, but a little pricey. I caved and bought a new gas Weber for about the same price.

You need to get a nice big pork shoulder for a cooker like that. But those four or five legs look good though.
