I've been advised that I am smoking a 10lb shoulder sometime this week. While I am fully aware how to run the smoker and I am in no way a novice my husband is the usual pitmaster. Unfortunately for me I'm running the smoker solo this week. *fingers crossed*
For the 4th I smoked 2 butts, 2 brisket, 6 racks of baby backs, 30 ABT's, and a big batch of beans. Took the point from the brisket and then resmoked for burnt ends. First time making those, holy crap were they good.
