Default Zinc plated or Stainless for heating element in heat stick

I have seen some talk about the zinc coated elements being a possible concern because of the zinc reducing and then you end up consuming the zinc. Is it worth it to get a stainless element?

Would this one work?

Zinc plays an important role in our biology so I wouldn't worry about it. it would probably add about as much zinc to your diet as a Cast iron skillet does Iron.

Zinc is also an important yeast nutrient. Many yeast nutrient additives like servomyces include it so I'd say use the zinc one, your fermentation could get better.

Yeah the more I think about it/read about it the more I realize that there is no way you could get in trouble with that little amount of Zinc.
