What probe/thermocouple/thermometer? and where to buy?
 
Not really sure what to get and where to get it :)

Need one for my mash tun only.

It depends on what you want to plug it into, yeah? What is the probe going to do?

All I care to do is check mash temps in mash tun. I'm not automating anything but I don't want a analog therm.

I bought a relatively inexpensive wired digital probe type for around $30 at Target. Works great 10 batches in.

It's like the poor man's Thermapen. It's not quite as quick, but it's still very quick.
