Default water-safe potentiometer

I'm cleaning up my control box a little, and I figure that I should do it right. Anyone have links for a water-proof or at least weather-proof potentiometer? I use two knobs on my front panel for setting my HLT temp and my boil kettle PWM duty cycle.
