Default Tightening fixtures

I am brewing all electric now and loving it, however I don't seem to be able to assemble all my fittings without the occasional drips. I'm apparently either over or under tightening. Suggestions?

Are you using Teflon tape? Are these weldless fittings? Where specifically is it leaking from?
