I 'think' that I have everything ordered for a somewhat simple electric brew in a bag setup. Parts should all arrive by friday, and hopefully have them installed throughout this weekend.
-Single Keg - BIAB
-5000 watt electric element.
-40amp GFCI breaker
-Metal Project Box
-One-wire 4" temp probe
Eventually, this will become the HLT only as I expand with the other kegs in my garage. For now, I have room for 1-keg setup, and therefore will make the most of it.
THE BIGGEST goal of this build is to have accurate mash temps and timing options throughout the brew-day.
I will post pics as the parts come in!
Fermenter 1:Oatmeal Irish Stout
Fermenter 2: Columbus Single Hop IPA
Keg 1: NELSON SAUVIN Singl Hop IPA (wow, fruity odd taste)
Keg 2: IRISH RED
Keg 3: ALL GONE-- oops!
Gallons under my belt since starting this hobby? 130
