Default Speidel Braumeister with Transformer.

Has anyone who uses the Speidel Braumeister tried using it with a transformer? I am in the military and move around a lot, so having an electrician come in and wire something would not work out for me. Below is a link to something that says will work. Just curious if anyone else has looked into something like this.

If you have 220 available it is much less expensive to just throw a plug on the end of the braumeister. See the below post for info on how to do this.
