Default Need some wiring advise

Ive recently acquired 2 commercial tilt kettles that i want to use for brewing, a Cleveland ket-12t and a Groen tdb-40.
Both can be wired for 240v single phase 60amp
I want to hook these up connecting through my heat pump power supply, which is 220v 60amp. will this work? i know i wont be able to use my heat pump while brewing. What kind of box breaker do i need to splice off of my heat pump, it currentlly has a quick disconect

Start with a 60 amp GFCI spa panel. Beer isn't worth killing yourself over.

After that, any panel with a heavy enough switch and relay to control the power to your kettles.
