Bro, nice work! You rockin 20gal stouts there? I'm just finishing a similar setup in my garage. What kind of control panel are you gonna be workin with?

Those are 20 gallon Stout kettles. Will be using a 30 amp control panel from The Electric Brewery/Spike Innovations.

Awesome! Will you be assembling the panel on your own or ordering preassembled? I was really interested in those panels, but the price point on the ebc-iii by high gravity sold me. I decided to buy the pre-assembled control panel because I am not confident in my DIY skills.

Just looked through your build thread and am totally impressed. Love the brew stand, and the automation. Will enjoy following the rest of your build.
