Last weekend I completed another upgrade to our Kal clone. We added an SSR, an ice cube relay and a second element in the HLT tank. We now have 8000 watts going into that tank when the BV isn't on. It cut the heat up time down by about 65%. We plan on sparging into the BV, letting that sit until we are close on temp in the HLT and MLT and then starting the Boil and Mash at the same time when brewing back to back batches.

Cheers to being able to do 4 X 15 gallon batches in hopefully close to 10 hours. Guess we will find out on Sunday.
