Default italian electric herms

given our inability to use gas as we do beer in the cellar we opted for an electric system.
After much research, thanks to this site, we realized that our system had to be a Herms.
After much work we have finished our brewhouse.
we want to know your own opinion, since we took inspiration from some U.S. plants found on the internet.

I am attaching the link to our blog where there are pictures.

then the bulk of the system we have built between April to August 2011. by September, we started to produce.
Meanwhile, slowly we fixed some things. kind of false bottom blichmann taken from the English site, then couplings, we have constructed the sight gauge, we have gone from thermostats (stc1000) with PID temperature controllers, etc. ...
now we say it is final.
in total we had 15 beers and two unfortunately thrown (the first for a problem and a pump). usually do a beer every 2 weeks.
