Default HERMS coil placement question
I have two elements in my HLT and wonder about the placement of the HERMS coil. Specifically, do bad things happen if one or more coils contact the the heating elements?

Any other advice?

I don't think you would want the coil to contact the element, but if it's very close the elements do bend pretty easy.

There is no problem with the coil touching a heating element.

Well, God bless you for your answer. I've not bent the HERMS coil yet, but I had already decided to go for it.
