Default Help wiring up this rocker switch

Wanting to install this switch in my rims tool box to turn main power on.

It has a prong labeled #1, #2 , and has #3 but no prong under it. How to wire this up?

Toolbox is powering 1 march pump, 1 1250 watt element, and an auber PID.

To turn "Main Power" on/off, wire the switch between power in and my 3 terminal strips?

Thanks

What voltage are you using - 120V or 240V?

Ok... Wire the input power to pin #2 and then the power to your rig from pin #1. The neutral wire (white wire) does not get switched.

Hope this helps you.

The switch is set up to handle 240V. With that - the switch allows you to shut off both sides of the power. (That is 120V on one side 120V on the other side which now equals 240V)

Glad I could help you.
