Default Bagging hops in BK

Just curious if the majority of electric brewers use hop bags in their brew kettle or just dump the hops in? It's certainly cleaner to use a bag but if it doesn't effect the element, I'd almost rather just strain then out going into the fermenting.

I've done both. I usually just dump them in, it has no affect on the element.

dump here. i have a false bottom for leaf hops and a side dip tube for pellet hops.

had 5oz of pellet last weekend and i've had over a pound of leaf hops loose in the boil without any issue.
