I have been working this build for two months. Today I was finally ready to take it for a test drive. Here are some pictures of the build.



























This is the wiring diagram I used. The only change not on the diagram is a 110v fan that turns on when the PID does.

Something like this is my dream system. Any chance I could talk you in to some details on the hardware... particularly the controller and heating elements.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did everything besides the cart run you? I've been eyeing the e-BIAB system from High Gravity Brewing for awhile now and wonder how much it would be for me to build it myself. You've basically built that same system. Looks awesome! Thanks for sharing.

I would say around 800. Including the $100 GFI breaker in my panel.

The build part of is pretty fun, but it took so long that my pipeline dried up.
