Default 240 GFCI Leviton 8895

Anyone know why this outlet wouldn't work for an ekettle? http://www.twacomm.com/catalog/model_8895.htm
It is 240v and can handle up to 80A with relay.

Looks fine to me, provided you use one of the approved relays. Here is the product bulletin:
