Hey Everyone,

just started my first Kombucha fermentation. I am just wondering how long it takes to see the formation of the child SCOBY. I am just wondering because the temp in my apartment fluctuates between like 75-80 during the day and between 65-70 during the night and am worried it may effect the growth for the SCOBY.

good info.

It takes mine about 1.5 weeks at normal temps to do its job.
