I plan to bottle my first kombucha in the next week.
I want to use a 750mm flip top bottle. My question is how much sugar do I need to prime the bottle? I was thinking a tablespoon of simple syrup per 750mm bottle then top off with the filtered brew, cap and age 2 or 3 days till its carbed, then transfer to the frig?
Then start drinking.
Sound right or am I missing something?
